Happy Autumn!

I Love Autumn!
One of things I miss most about teaching Kindergarten is celebrating all the holidays thoughout the year.  I try and decorate my house and office so that I may keep in the spirit of the season. But, Autumn has always been my favorite.  I love the warm colors and cozy feeling the cooler weather brings.

This year I decorated for Halloween/Thanksgiving a little early.  I knew I would be having a Christmas themed party at the begining of November. I knew that my fall decor would be coming down early and replaced with Christmas. So I bought a few new **SPARKLY** pumpkins and found a fun place to hang my witch. Isabella made me the beautiful drawing that adorns the kitchen wall. And, I bought some flameless candles that are sented (they are battery operated- and AWESOME!).
So, for all of you who did not make it to my house to see all my cute decorations, I am now forcing you to enjoy and comment on how cute they are!  Haha...just kidding.

Happy Autumn...get cozy with the ones you love!

Family Time!

Today was a day filled with family fun.  My dad and Julie made breakfast at my parents house, and we went and got pumpkins.  Julie and I then headed to Vasona for the cousins BBQ.  We finished our day with a yummy dinner my mom made and some pumpkin carving. Cheers to family fun!

Trailer Sweet Trailer

Keith had a hunting trip last weekend and was dead set on getting a tent trailer before he went.  He had been searching Craig's list for a long while.  A couple weeks ago he started stalking this listing for a tent trailer.  They had been slowly lowering the price week after week.  Keith was finally able to buy the tent trailer of his dreams.  Yes, it is old. It has stickers on it from the previous owners kids.  It has holes in the tent, and cracks on the exterior.  However, it does not smell and it is pretty clean on the inside.  It is ours...Trailer Sweet Trailer. .  I miss the hotel already.

Grillin' and Chillin'

Today I had lunch with some Very cute people!! Melissa, Dylan, Luke and I had lunch at a fairly new resturant in Hollister called Grillin and Chillin. It was a tasty lunch. Melissa and I had the cowboy burger, Dylan had a crabby patty (aka a hamburger: I guess Sponge Bob calls it a crabby patty), and Luke had some ranch dressing (some of the time through a straw) along with some grilled cheese. Fun Times!
