What the Pho?



The rainy, cold weather (and the fact I am not allowed to use the heater in my own house because the bill was too high (according to Keith)) Keith and I have been on a ramen and pho binge.  We found a new tiny place, in an out of the way shopping center, that serves up some of this yummy warm soup.  So, on Monday we decided we would try and make this delicious meal.  We gathered all the ingredients, which I might add, are not all that appetizing and headed home.

The recpie called for a good amount of prep and 6 hours of a simmering broth.  So, I went to it last night and started the process.  The broth turned out yummy!  Today we will add the meat, noodles and maybe some egg (my new favorite) mushrooms and green onions.  The recpe is long and the following link has great pictures, so I am going to direct you the experts.
